Canary Coaches’ Prevent Diabetes empowers participants to commit to and make small changes over the course a year that have been shown to prevent type 2 diabetes, lower A1C, keep weight off for the long-term and improve overall health and well-being.
16 weekly, followed by 8 monthly self-guided lessons with 24/7 support.

Our Coaches Make the Difference
An online health program, Prevent Diabetes® helps participants get healthier and meet their weight loss goals. It starts by having a personal health coach assigned to each participant who supports them in making lifestyle changes that help prevent or delay type 2 diabetes. The lifestyle coach is with participants’ every step of the way, helping them:
• Make healthy eating choices without giving up the foods they like
• Become more physically active
• Lose weight and keep it off
• Build confidence
• Manage stress
Fits Everyone’s Lifestyle
Prevent Diabetes was created to fit into everyone’s lifestyle, making it easier and more enjoyable to reach their health goals. The online program:
• Consists of 16-weekly, followed by 8 monthly lessons with no weekly group meetings
• Can be accessed from a PC or a cell phone, no matter where the participant lives or what time it is
• Includes a flexible learning plan accessible 24/7
• Gives access to the lifestyle coach in between sessions
• Has a start date that the participant determines
